On Friday 6/12/2020 I visited your Ocala Clinic on 17th street. My husband, myself and our 2 grandchildren(9 and 6 yrs old)came to your clinic because I was dizzy. Your employee Sara (she works at the front desk)came to the car with a wheel chair, let me lay on the couch because I was dizzy. She ask me all the questions and marked them for me. My husband had left our grandchildren in our car with the A/C on as they played on their tablets. My husband kept going from the back with me out to the car to check on the grandbabies. After several times of him doing this Sara stopped him. She said bring the children into our waiting room. I will turn on the cartoons for them. So my husband went to the car and brought them in. Sara had turned on the cartoons and brought out some candy to them. Sara went above our job. She cared that my husband was overwhelmed. And stepped in to help. We have visited that clinic several times over the years. And has always been shown care. Thank you Sara for being a wonderful person.
